Your messages are kept by the business you wrote to on Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram. The easiest way is to ask them: they can delete your data in Navex with one button. If that does not work, write to us and we will delete it within 30 days.
The email opens with a ready template: add the business, where you wrote, and your username or phone.
Disconnect a channel. Settings, then Channels, then Disconnect next to Instagram, WhatsApp or Telegram: we stop receiving messages and erase the access to the account.
Delete conversations. When Meta sends a data deletion request, the Instagram card shows a button to delete Instagram conversations now. One client's data: open the client card, the menu, then delete client data: erased after 7 days, and you can bring the client back until then.
Close the account. Profile, then Close account: projects go to the archive, data is kept for 90 days or until you ask to delete it, and the account can be restored.
For all channels: Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
